How to find what you are looking for…..
Here at Rock It HQ we strive to make our website User Friendly and ordering your chosen inflatables, soft play or indoor package as easy as possible. Our website is split into categories to help find what you are looking for, ie, Bouncy Castles, Soft Play, Indoor Packages, Princess Range, Extras & Add On Items etc, etc..
In each category you will find a brief description then SCROLL DOWN to see a list of the items available to hire in this category. If you see a picture you like and want to find out more information about this product or package CLICK on the MORE INFO Tab to open up a link to all the details. Please take time to read the descriptions as some pictures may show additional items as examples which may not be included but available as an extra add on item if required during the booking process.
Deposits and Payments….
To secure your booking we require a Booking Fee of 20% of the total booking value (rounded up to the nearest £10) either at time of booking or within 24 hours of receiving your Booking Confirmation email. You will have a chance to pay the Booking Fee online when you complete the Booking Form, or if not paid at that point, you will receive a link to pay via credit/debit card plus details to make a BACS payment if preferred. When you are ready to book follow these EASY steps….
Step 1.
Find the item you want to book by selecting the MORE INFO tab under any picture you like the look of. Scroll down to the CHECK AVAILABILITY or BOOK ONLINE tab and click to select your date. A message will appear with either “Congratulations, this item is available” or “Sorry this item is unavailable”. If it’s available continue to next step, if not please choose another item.
TIP. If you are booking a PACKAGE and it says that “one or more of the items is unavailable”, please contact the office as it may be just one of the items is unavailable and we can make an adjustment for you.
Step 2.
Read any message that appears and then scroll down and enter your postcode to calculate if there is a delivery fee. You will be advised the cost of hire and any delivery fees at this point, then press CLICK TO CONTINUE (If your postcode is not listed, please contact the office for a delivery quote).
Step 3.
You now have some questions to answer and complete a very basic booking form. The first question will ask if you want to hire any other products with this item, you need to choose them now before completing your details, else select NO and just carry on.
Step 4.
Fill in your Contact Details.
Step 5.
Fill in your Delivery Details.
TIP. If you are hiring a hall/venue and do not have all the details. Please put TO BE CONFIMRED in the Venue Name and use your home address for the booking process and we can amend these details at a later date.
Step 6.
Answer questions here about Access Details. If your party is at your home you can choose a delivery time slot from a drop down menu. If you are hiring a hall/venue, please complete the times you have the hall from and to, plus the start and finish times of your party. If you do not have these yet, leave blank and we can amend at a later date.
Step 7.
Any Additional information you think we should know about your booking, or anything you are unsure about, please make a note here and someone will contact you.
Step 8.
Read our Terms & Conditions and confirm your booking by clicking the BOOK THIS ITEM NOW button and the bottom of the form.
Step 9.
You now have the option to pay your Book Deposit by Credit/Debit Card at this point or can wait until your Booking Confirmation comes through and pay it then within 24hours.
